Technology

In Tekno Progetti the robotic systems carry out all the different types of welding – spot, arc, laser, resistance – on all the most common metals. We also integrate advanced technologies such as marking, vision and glue coating into our “turnkey” lines.

Concept and design

PHASE 1

CONCEPT & DESIGN

The preliminary project drawn up in the offer phase is transformed into the final project through the work of our mechanical and electrical engineers.

Engineering

STEP 2

ENGINEERING

The project takes shape through the engineering and construction of all the “quasi-machines” of the plant: equipment, electrical cabinets, manipulators, conveyors.

Installation and testing

STEP 3

INSTALLATION AND TESTING

Through the Robot and PLC integration of its components, the plant is installed and tested according to certified parameters at the end customer.
